Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for turning strategy into action? We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of campaigns, content, and events across our healthcare and dental portfolios. In this key role, you'll help bring marketing plans to life—managing timelines and projects while ensuring brand and compliance standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activity
  • Create and manage content across digital, email, print, and social channels
  • Support website updates, Mailchimp campaigns, and database management
  • Maintain job bags, schedules, approval workflows, and marketing folders
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver on brief and on time
  • Contribute to reporting, quality assurance, and process improvement

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and projects
  • Proficient in Mailchimp, CMS, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative and follows through
