Job DescriptionThe Opportunity: As Digital Group Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing the sales revenue from a designated portfolio of advertisers/marketers. This entails leading a sales group, formulating and implementing strategies and communications to meet Seven West Media revenue, yield goals, market share and undertaking sales activities that enhance the Seven Network, Seven Media Group and Seven West Media brands. Based at our office in Melbourne and reporting to the Digital Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key advertisers, media consultants, and marketers to exceed sales targets.
Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing sales team to drive exceptional revenue results.
Collaborating across departments to shape strategic plans and deliver impactful communications.
Staying ahead of market trends while delivering valuable insights to fuel growth.
Managing reporting, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the team.
About You: You influence and inspire others, elevating the Seven Network brand while collaborating seamlessly across teams. You have a knack for presentations that will help you craft proposals that truly resonate with clients, a customer-first mindset and excellent time management skills. Your strong communication skills allow you to mentor and empower your team, helping them thrive and become sales leaders, and driving success within your portfolio.
You will have:
- Previous sales/marketing management, advertising and/or media buying experience.
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Management, or Marketing.

About the Role
As the Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for all residents. This includes overseeing care planning, assessments, and governance processes, while leading, mentoring, and supporting the care team to deliver services aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You will work closely with the Residential Services Manager and be supported by central functions across quality, people & culture, and compliance. This role combines clinical leadership with quality and safety oversight, contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and documentation
- Monitor incidents, clinical indicators, and infection control practices
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
- Engage residents, families, and representatives in the care process
- Contribute to funding optimisation through accurate resident classification
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 5 years\' clinical experience, including 1+ year in aged care
- Previous experience as a Care Manager, Care Coordinator, or senior nurse leader
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and clinical governance
- A compassionate, resident-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Postgraduate training in gerontology, leadership, or management (desirable)
