Are you a natural organiser who thrives on taking ownership, keeping things moving and supporting a busy team? Do you enjoy building client relationships as much as you enjoy getting jobs over the line?

We're looking for a Senior Service Coordinator to step in as the right hand to the Service Manager, coordinating a fast-paced service team and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a role for someone who doesn't just "do the tasks" - you'll also bring leadership, oversight and accountability to make sure clients are happy, jobs are completed and invoicing is on track.

The role at a glance
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, building strong relationships
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians (high volume service calls and maintenance requests)
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure job readiness and resolve on-site issues
  • Track job progress, resolve issues and drive work through to completion
  • Audit WIP reports, follow up outstanding jobs and coordinate with supervisors and finance to get invoices finalised
  • Provide reporting and admin support to the Service Manager, including run monthly service meetings
  • Lead and support a small admin/service team
What we're looking for
  • Service coordination or scheduling experience (maintenance, trades, construction or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communication and client service skills
  • Tech-savvy mindset - comfortable with new systems, AI tools and job management software (Simpro, Pronto or similar)
  • Resilient, proactive and mature enough to handle pressure with professionalism
  • A team player who can pull people together and foster a positive culture
