About the role

We're seeking a driven Operations Supervisor to join our Victorian team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations—supporting a dynamic team of allocators, owner-driver contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, on time, every time.

What you'll do

Lead and support the VIC operations team to deliver outstanding results

Ensure service levels, compliance, and quality standards are met every single time

Manage and maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients, and hospitals

Solve operational challenges quickly and effectively

Contribute to compliance, performance reporting, and process improvement

What you will ring to the role

Proven experience in operations supervision—ideally in logistics or transport

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and compliance obligations

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
