Whizz Technologies, Australia's largest double-sided home-services marketplace, is entering an exciting phase of growth. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Account Manager / Operational Support to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both our clients and our offshore team of eight, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution for our Short-term Rental properties while supporting the Head of Operations in driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the offshore team.
  • Manage and prioritise daily requests, escalations, tickets, and calls.
  • Oversee workload distribution to ensure tasks are delivered on time and at a high standard.
  • Track, report, and analyse team performance, KPIs, and client updates.
  • Monitor service quality to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
  • Provide operational feedback to help refine policies, processes, and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations in managing overall daily operations.
  • Support other parts of the business when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, operations, or a related field.
  • Background in real estate (Short-term rental or Property Management), recruitment, or other fast-paced industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both clients (Property Managers) and team members (on-shore and off-shore agents).
  • Experience coordinating or managing offshore teams is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on KPIs and drive performance.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can escalate effectively when needed.
