About The Role
Site Administrator
- Liaising weekly with the owner operator and contractors to support effective site communication.
- Overseeing mobilisation, recruitment administration, and onboarding processes for site personnel.
- Managing PPE distribution and inventory for all workers.
- Controlling site documents including QA/QC documentation and compliance records.
- Providing general administrative support to the site team across logistics and project operations.
- Supporting operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery across a fast-paced contracting business.
- Previous site admin experience — ideally within mining, transport, logistics, or civil projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence (Essential)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable managing admin tasks both in-field and office environments.
- 8/6 FIFO roster ex Perth
- Work with an industry-leading bulk haulage contractor
- Opportunity for long-term ongoing work with the potential for permanent transition after 3 months
- Supportive and inclusive team with a strong safety culture
- Competitive rates between $50-$60p/h super on all hours
- Weekly pay and super paid out monthly
