About The Role

Site Administrator
  • Liaising weekly with the owner operator and contractors to support effective site communication.
  • Overseeing mobilisation, recruitment administration, and onboarding processes for site personnel.
  • Managing PPE distribution and inventory for all workers.
  • Controlling site documents including QA/QC documentation and compliance records.
  • Providing general administrative support to the site team across logistics and project operations.
  • Supporting operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery across a fast-paced contracting business.

Requirements:
  • Previous site admin experience — ideally within mining, transport, logistics, or civil projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence (Essential)
  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Comfortable managing admin tasks both in-field and office environments.
