The Role

As the Smart Connected Products Engineer you will develop and provide ongoing support for Smart Connected Product offers (Solar Panels, Inverters, Home Energy Storage, Racking / Accessories) across the Rheem, Solahart and Commercial channels to market. You will report to the National Manager for Smart Connected Products and be located at our Rydalmere office.

The Position Includes Responsibility For

Solar Panel technology and associated racking and accessoriesSolar Power and Battery System DesignDevelopment of Technical Specifications, Documentation and Technical MarketingDevelopment and delivery of Technical Installation Training

About You

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy or PhotovoltaicsRelevant engineering experiencePV design and / or solar panel manufacturing experienceSAA (Solar Accreditation Australia) Designer / Installer accreditation is preferred. If not already accredited, you would be willing to complete minimum of Design level accreditation training upon or prior to commencement.Proficient in MS Office including ExcelDemonstrate a strong 'can do' attitudeBe able to work independently at high / overview level as well as hands on / execution level at times with little assistanceMust demonstrate a positive customer service attitude & approachMandarin language fluency would be a bonus
