Join a Leading National Building Technology Specialist

The client is growing its presence in New South Wales and is seeking a skilled BMS Project Engineer to deliver some of the region's most technically advanced and large-scale building projects.

As a national leader in building technologies, the client integrates innovative solutions across HVAC, BMS, and Energy Efficiency. With an impressive pipeline of work across healthcare, data centres, commercial, and government sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected industry player on the rise in Sydney.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full life cycle of BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead control system design, documentation, and programming (Tridium/Niagara or similar)
• Oversee subcontractors and provide on-site technical leadership
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of BMS project engineering experience
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (Tridium, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience working on commercial, health, or mission-critical sites
• Solid understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
