About the Role
We're a fast-growing software company delivering innovative, high-performing solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. As a Production Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our cloud-hosted platforms. Working closely with engineering, DevSecOps, service delivery, security, and infrastructure teams, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting production issues, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvements in reliability and automation. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting our hosted solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues
• Delivering rapid incident response and on-call support for critical systems
• Collaborating with DevSecOps to automate processes and improve reliability
• Maintaining clear and comprehensive incident documentation and SOPs
• Enhancing monitoring and alerting systems for proactive resolution
• Supporting and maintaining MongoDB databases and Node.js applications in production

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in systems/cloud operations
• Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with endpoint protection and log analysis tools (CrowdStrike, Splunk)
• Sound understanding of networking, load balancing, and cloud-native architectures
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP are highly desirable
