What You'll Be Doing- Lead and inspire a team of Assessors (both field and desktop) to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builder and trade networks.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Youi's Quality Repair Framework, keeping safety, compliance, and build quality front of mind.
- Support Youi's response to catastrophe events, ensuring readiness and delivery excellence.
- Travel occasionally within your state (and at times interstate) to support your team and our customers.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- A knack for balancing priorities and making data-driven decisions.
- A customer-first mindset, always striving for better outcomes.
- Experience in assessing, building, or insurance (bonus points if you've worked in property or trade networks).
