Joining our team as a Speechie at ourPenrith Location. Located in the Werrington Park Corporate Centre, you have access to your very own bushland oasis, complete with wildlife, parkland and lake, perfect for lunchtime strolls. An easy15-minute drive to The East Banks where frequent team social events take place with aqua golf, bowling, escape rooms and restaurants.
You'll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills.
Day-to-day you will:
- Conductmeaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
- Collaboratewith a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
- Buildenduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

About You
We're after Speechies who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.
The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant's interests are at stake.

You will also hold:
- SPA Registration
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
