This role is based in North Sydney with hybrid workplace flexibility – minimum 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and processing support to brokers, assisting with tasks related to loan applications and handling commission-related matters.
  • Support our Brokers sales team by managing our new business pipeline in the Broker channel.
  • Be hands-on, take ownership, and contribute to improving the customer experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborate with the Credit and Settlements teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Champion quality assurance and maintain attention to detail to ensure AML and KYC policies are met.
Qualifications
  • Financial service experience desirable.
  • Understanding of Asset Finance & Commercial lending.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive, and willingness to learn.
