Seasonair are well-versed in all aspects of air conditioning, heating and ventilation and continue to deliver high-standard commercial HVAC services throughout South Australia.

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team that takes pride in their work, values integrity, and upholds a high standard of operational excellence.

About the role

In this hands-on Finance Administrator role, you will be responsible for providing proactive bookkeeping and administrative support to the Finance Manager and broader team, primarily helping to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of finance (particularly Accounts Payable) and payroll functions. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day bookkeeping & payroll processes, maintaining financial records & systems, and supporting the preparation of reports.

Your key responsibilities include a wide variety of financial and clerical duties, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing accounts payable, reconciling creditor accounts and managing supplier payments
  • End-to-end payroll processing & administration, including timesheet management, deductions, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Updating and maintaining financial records and registers across Reckon and SimPRO
  • Assisting with monthly and end-of-year financial reporting, coding and general ledger entries
  • Supporting banking processes, including reconciliation of receipts and maintenance of petty cash
  • Providing financial and general administrative support across the business

About you

The successful candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in financial administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping or a similar accounts-based support role. Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferable. You will bring strong organisational skills and a customer service mindset, taking pride in maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and supporting broader team objectives.

Experience in accounting software (ideally Reckon & SimPRO), and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, will be essential to your success in the role. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, as well as sound understanding of administration practices will be advantageous. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and fast-paced position with ownership of tasks, ongoing development, and thrives in a close-knit and respectful team environment.
