About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated Owners Corporation Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio. You'll be supported by experienced leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage building operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
- Respond to owner and resident enquiries professionally
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and issue levies
- Attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Prepare and distribute AGM notices and minutes
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
- Build strong relationships with owners and service providers
- 2+ years in building, facilities, or strata management
- Solid knowledge of Victorian OC legislation
- Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Company car and phone
