What you will be doing in the role

This role involves a range of Executive Assistant duties, including managing calendars and travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and scheduling appointments. You will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and other executive team members, acting as a key contact and ensuring smooth communication flow. Responsibilities include booking travel, managing meeting logistics, preparing documentation for board papers, and overseeing front office staff, including reception duties if needed. A high level of professionalism and discretion is required, as you will handle sensitive information.

We are aiming for a start date no later than 24th or 27th September 2025.

  • Proven experience supporting executives, including C-suite members
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and interactive skills
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Adaptability to work under pressure and with various management styles
  • Confidence in interacting with people at all levels and ability to adapt communication styles accordingly, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
