Reporting to an entrepreneurial, sales-oriented CEO, you will become a trusted advisor supporting key strategic initiatives aimed at continuing a strong growth trajectory, delivering 50% YOY in FY23 with further projections.
Day-to-day, this role oversees financial and operational activities of the company, supported by a capable 2 IC and finance team.
Responsibilities include managing cash flow, developing and implementing financial and operational policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
You will work closely with operational functions such as supply chain, inventory management, customer support, and technical service.
You will act as a trusted adviser providing financial insights for decision-making (e.g., R&D, investments, CAPEX), managing relationships with banks and investors, arranging financing, and participating in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
Qualifications Inventory-based industry experience CFO of SME or Head of Finance/Divisional CFO experience in a large corporate Broad experience in financial control, as well as commercial and corporate finance Proactive communicator with a collaborative influencing style, able to manage relationships up and down the chain Big 4 background and experience in a similar, growth-oriented business, particularly through M&A (highly regarded) Competence in cash flow modelling Apply now to submit your interest or contact Phil Pham at 0402 270 755 for a confidential discussion.
