The Role
Role
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a minimum of eight years post-admission experience who is seeking direct client engagement, a supportive team environment, and a broad range of work including:
- General commercial work
- Business/share acquisitions and sales
- PPSR
- Employment law
- Labour hire
- Commercial litigation including debt collection
We are open to the successful candidate being based at either our Carlton or Lilydale office; however, travel between the two offices will be required.
To Be Considered For The Role, You Will
- Have at least five years post-admission experience
- Have strong technical skills
- Experience drafting court documents
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Possess a positive attitude
- Be highly organised and proactive
