The Opportunity -

Seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 expert with a passion for Field Services. Join our forward-thinking IT team at City Holdings Group as aSenior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead – CE (Field Services). In this pivotal role, you'll lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our Field Services solutions, driving strategic outcomes and seamless digital experiences across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments via Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and user needs.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and continuous system improvements.

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on CE and Field Services.
  • Proven success in end-to-end implementations for medium to large enterprises.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs, and data migration.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Services, Finance & Operations) are highly desirable.
