The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with deep expertise in Finance and Operations? Join our dynamic IT team on a 2-year contract and play a key role in shaping and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation.
As aSenior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you'll lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our Finance and Operations platform. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and long-term product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
- Customize modules and integrations using X++, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and APIs.
- Ensure data integrity during migrations and integrations with external systems.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable architecture.
- Continuously enhance system performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and relevant business domains (e.g., Finance & Operations) are highly desirable.
- 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics development, with a strong focus on Finance and Operations.
- Proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions for medium to large enterprises.
- Proficiency in X++, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Dual Write, and MS Flows.
- Strong understanding of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
