What You'll Do

  • Serve as a bridge between clients' business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, craft solutions, and communicate concepts effectively.
  • Help shape and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, leveraging the latest software versions.
  • Participate in business transformation initiatives, integrating solutions like D365 Customer Engagement and others across the enterprise.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Lead requirements gathering, functional design, and implementation of D365 F&O components, ensuring standards and customer specifications are met.

What You'll Bring

  • Broad knowledge of Finance and Business Operations topics.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Dynamics 365 F&O technology direction.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O products.
  • Experience delivering projects in a Waterfall environment.
  • A passion for excellence and continuous learning within the team.
  • Proven experience in Business Requirements Gathering and producing high-quality functional documentation.
  • Customer-facing experience in Business Analysis, building confidence and trust.
  • High business and commercial acumen with an advanced understanding of business processes.
