We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), with expertise in integrating these systems with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing integrations between CRM, PPM, and FinOps to enable seamless data flow across project, financial, and customer processes.
  • Maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective enhancements.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience configuring, customising, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.
