Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

The role involves extensive experience in configuring, customising, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps), and CRM.
  • Develop automation, workflows, plug-ins, and applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 development, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience designing and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping and API-based connections.
