ResponsibilitiesYou'll be on the ground at residential construction sites, carrying out quality audits using our Inspection App. Your work will be key in ensuring every build meets Australian standards and RPG's internal quality metrics, and adheres to safe site practices.
Who We're Looking ForThis role would suit someone with a carpentry or construction trade background, but that's not essential. What matters most is a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn RPG's systems and processes.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and confident working independently
- Tech-comfortable with laptops and phone apps
- Flexible to travel, including occasional overnight stays
- Competitive base salary: $75K – $95K
- Total package (including super, car & fuel): $100K – $120K
- Company car, mobile phone provided
- Career growth opportunities in estimating, planning or management
