Overview

Are you passionate about food and ready to lead an award-winning, hard-working kitchen team? This could be your chance to join us at Ambrose Estate / 300 Acres, nestled in the heart of the rolling fairways at Wembley Golf Course.

You'll be heading up a team that produces quality dishes for 300 Acres Bar & Grill as well as our award-winning wedding venue, Ambrose Estate.

As our Head Chef, you'll bring a genuine love of cooking and a commitment to consistency, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional food experience. You'll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness, while confidently delivering on our venue's standards every time.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with the chance to grow your career across our multiple venues in Perth and Kalgoorlie.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a kitchen team during busy, high-volume service.
  • Ensure high-quality, creative, and consistent menus.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Deliver on the venue's standards across multiple locations.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team during busy, high-volume service.
  • Experience managing a kitchen team and writing creative, high-quality menus.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example.
  • A genuine commitment to training and developing staff.
  • Fanatical attention to quality and customer service.
