Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional IT services? As a Key Account Manager at Seisma, you'll be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them achieve their goals by aligning our consulting services with their business needs. You'll manage existing key accounts, develop new business relationships, and collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition and Consultant Care teams to consistently exceed client expectations.
We serve clients across banking and finance, agriculture, entertainment, government, and utilities, and we're rapidly growing. We've got an exciting new opportunity, and we'd love for you to be part of our journey
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, primarily in banking and financial services
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional delivery
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and create strategic account plans
- Collaborate with our internal Talent Acquisition team to ensure the best talent is placed
- Negotiate contracts, extensions, and service agreements
- Provide market insights and client feedback to improve our service offerings
- 5+ years of experience in account management and business development within the IT services and consulting industry
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of IT roles, project lifecycles, and the value of staff augmentation services
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly driven, proactive, and commercially savvy with a focus on long-term client success
