Overview

Facilities Specialist (Security & Soft Services) – Australian citizen or Australian work rights required.

Join Bosch Australia's Facilities management department (FCM) within the Asia Pacific region. You will help protect sites, optimize services, and ensure safe, compliant physical environments at the Clayton headquarters, with responsibilities spanning Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Gardening, and Canteen services.

This is a 1-year fixed-term, full-time contract with potential to evolve into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee security services including access control, CCTV, alarms, key systems, incident support, investigations, and handling upgrades/improvement projects
  • Manage service contracts to ensure high standards and compliant delivery
  • Drive contractor performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in service quality
  • Coordinate small facility projects and contractor schedules
  • Maintain site appearance and uphold Bosch's physical security standards
  • Support asset management, space planning, document storage, and secure disposal processes
  • Contribute to internal audits, self-insurance, compliance initiatives, and legal standards
Qualifications
  • Site security experience with exposure to access systems, CCTV, alarms
  • Strong contractor management, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project coordination
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Horticulture, waste/scrap management, and canteen operations knowledge or experience preferred
