A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Zurich Assure as Head of Advice Quality and Assurance, reporting to the Head of Zurich Assure.

This is a principal leadership role responsible for supporting governance, assurance, and advice compliance for the Zurich Assure business. You will review and assess adviser behaviours and the quality of advice, provide coaching to uplift team capabilities, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate industry changes, including regulatory and legislative reforms.

Working in an agile environment, your advice compliance expertise will help shape the continued evolution of Zurich Assure's advice offerings to meet customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving a consistent, compliant, and efficient Advice offering to customers
• Enhancing team engagement and performance
• Providing coaching insights for advisers and Advice Directors based on insights from AQRs and Pre-Vetting
• Shared responsibility as Responsible Manager for the Zurich Assure AFSL license
• Contributing to the strategic direction of Zurich Assure

• Strong experience in advice compliance and governance
• Experience in financial services and financial planning
• Technical background with Financial Planning Process and/or Compliance
• Understanding of risk evaluation and mitigation strategies
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment
• Proven leadership with mentoring experience
• Innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
