Brisbane Conveyancer or Junior Solicitor

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Junior Solicitor to join our busy Brisbane property and real estate team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Conveyancer or Junior Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish across multiple jurisdictions, including QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include :

ability to run a conveyancing file from start to finish including drafting all relevant and necessary conveyancing documents with minimal supervision;
experience in land title transactions, residential and commercial conveyancing;
liaising with clients, banks and other related parties by email and telephone; and
work closely with property lawyers to settle files.

The successful candidate will :

have a minimum of 3 years' conveyancing experience in QLD and 2 years' experience in VIC (any experience in WA and NSW would be beneficial)be adept at using the Microsoft Office Suite;be confident in drafting and preparing accurate conveyancing documentation and correspondence;be well organised with the ability to meet multiple deadlines;have excellent written and verbal communication skills;experience using PEXA, QRO and Elodgement, DocuSign and Adobe.have a proactive mindset to get the job done; andbe able to work well independently.

Ideally, we would like our new team member to have experience in all of the above and be ready to commence as soon as possible.

If you are a Junior Solicitor, in addition to the above, it is expected that you have completed a Bachelor of Laws and are admitted to practice.
