We're seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to assist a busy team for a 4-week temporary assignment throughout September. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, with confidence. You will also have the assistance of a fulltime conveyancing assistant.

- 4 weeks (September 2025)
- Northside Brisbane - with some flexibility
- Full-time hours

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain client files and correspondence throughout all stages of the conveyancing process.
- Conduct property searches and assist in preparing contracts, settlement figures, and legal documentation.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Accurately enter and manage data using PEXA, triConvey, and internal systems.
- Undertake and review property searches, and other relevant documentation.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Play a key role in supporting successful and compliant settlements across QLD.

About You:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing, legal support.

- Strong technical skills and confidence using digital platforms and software including triConvey or Smokeball.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently prioritise and manage competing tasks.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- A confident and professional phone manner, with the ability to build rapport and positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace that values continuous improvement and growth.
- Available to commit to the full 4-week assignment
