We are seeking Junior and Senior Queensland Property Lawyers for our award-winning conveyancing practice, with multiple positions available.

Are you looking to move away from the routine aspects of conveyancing and focus on the more interesting and challenging parts of property law in Queensland?

BTR has a team of experienced conveyancing paralegals managing the procedural aspects of transactions. Your role will be to supervise and support this team, applying your legal expertise to resolve complexities that arise during transactions. You will gain broad experience across various conveyancing-related matters, including:

  • Water licences and allocations
  • Permits to occupy
  • Easements
  • Mining tenements
  • Conduct and compensation agreements
  • Off-the-plan contracts
  • Related party transactions

Such issues, which might be rare in small practice, are common at BTR If you haven't encountered a particular issue before, this is your chance to learn in a supportive environment, mentored by senior legal practitioners, with access to precedents and templates to help you get up to speed.

  • Are eligible to hold a Queensland Law Society Practising Certificate
  • Want to leverage their property law and conveyancing skills to supervise and support conveyancing paralegals
