Compare Club is one of Australia's fastest-growing comparison platforms, helping people make smarter choices about life insurance, health insurance, and more. Right now, we're looking for a Life Insurance Sales Team Leader to join our Sydney team and drive performance, growth, and quality.

If you're an experienced Life Insurance sales leader who's passionate about coaching people, lifting performance, and delivering results the right way, then we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving team performance through clear goals, structure, and accountability
  • Coaching team members with regular feedback, development plans, and call reviews
  • Onboarding and supporting new hires to hit the ground running
  • Championing best-practice sales methodology and customer-first principles
  • Leading weekly sales meetings and monthly planning sessions
  • Ensuring compliance, quality, and retention remain top priorities
  • Creating an energised, collaborative, high-performance team culture

This is a hands-on leadership role, one where you'll be actively engaged with your team's day-to-day and strategic development.

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years leading a successful outbound sales team
  • Or 5+ years in high-performance pipeline sales, ideally within financial services
  • Deep understanding of Life Insurance sales operations in call centre environments
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching capability
  • A results-driven mindset paired with integrity and professionalism

Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission (Up to $150K OTE)
