Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Account Manager to join our Contracts department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Being the primary contact for clients within the contracts portfolio and maintaining these portfolios above the benchmarked figures.
  • Developing relations with clients and resolving their queries
  • Preparing internal and external client reports and ensuring all jobs are priced accurately every day.
  • Scheduling sub-contractor daily runs based on the most efficient route and liaising between the client and the sub-contractor to ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed time frames.
  • Proficient in all contract client delivery processes and requirements.
  • Being acutely aware of Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
