Salary: Up to $150k base + Salary Packaging

• Travel & Flexibility- Spend up to 70% of your time visiting different facilities, with all travel and accommodation costs covered, and the rest working remotely on governance projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing leadership & guidance to facility management teams to enhance operational performance and resident satisfaction.
• Supporting governance projects remotely, contributing to strategic planning, policy refinement, and service improvements.
• Ensuring excellence in compliance, quality assurance, and financial performance across all locations.
• Serving as a critical link between facilities and the broader Apollo Care network to drive consistency and alignment.

Who We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in residential age.
AHPRA registration (essential).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (essential)
Strong expertise in care governance, operational leadership, and quality improvement.
A flexible, problem-solving mindset with a passion for mentoring and driving positive change.
Availability to travel frequently across Queensland, New South Whales and Victoria.
A dedicated professional with a long-term commitment to our organisation and the aged care sector, driven by compassion and empathy.
