For Special Needs Coordinator and Education Leader to enhance inclusive education for a vibrant educational community. A Permanent Full Time role within a supportive and dynamic educational environment.

  • Requires : Special Education qualifications and experience in special needs education.
  • Salary guide : $130,000 - $160,000 per annum.
  • Location : South-western suburbs of Sydney.

Your normal day will involve :

Providing ongoing support to staff and stakeholders on processes to cater for diverse educational needs.Advising the Principal and the school executive team on potential improvements for student support.Promoting the implementation of successful structures for students with diverse educational needs.Collaborating with industry professionals to rectify potential shortfalls in educational support.Identifying students requiring additional learning support and tailoring programs accordingly.Liaising with parents, teachers, and students to support educational journeys from Kindergarten to Year 12.Monitoring the efficacy of learning enrichment processes in line with legislative requirements.Leading and motivating teams to achieve shared educational objectives.
