Production & QC Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Production and Quality Control teams on a permanent full-time basis.

Production/QC Assistant is a dynamic role responsible for supporting the Operations Manager and QC department with the quality, development, and scheduling of all Energetiks products, as well as assisting with administration and a variety of ad hoc duties/projects.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure tasks are performed accurately, efficiently and within time constraints. We are seeking an effective team player with a strong work ethic, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and develop their skills to progress through the production department.

The successful candidate will be required to work at the Energetiks Head Office located in Keilor Park. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reflect and live the Energetiks core values and culture.
• Assist with commercialising product after concept/design to production.
• Assist in maintaining production scheduling, deadlines and tracking for all fabric, trims, orders and manufacturing.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with local & international customers, suppliers, and manufacturer/factory personnel.
• Production administration including data entry, inventory management, filing, updating specs and patterns library.
• Carry out Quality Control (QC) processes.
• Learn a variety of Production and QC responsibilities, with the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Available to work full-time Monday to Friday.
• Previous experience in a similar Production, Buyer/Planner or other supply chain role in the fashion industry an advantage.
• Sound administration and computer skills, competent in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills to represent Energetiks professionally.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changing priorities.
• A true team player with flexibility to work on a variety of projects and ad hoc duties.
