Overview

Join to apply for the Building Support Coordinator role at Metricon.

Based in our Robina Office on the Gold Coast, work within the busy Building Support Queensland team providing support, assisting with day-to-day tasks and general construction administration and duties. Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, you will assist with construction administration and duties and help deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide great customer service through creating a sense of urgency and being pro-active
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Ensure all filing and scanning is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with General Construction Administration and Duties
  • Promote and observe Company Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate honest, open communication, willingness for competency growth and respect

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is desirable
  • Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the building process is desirable but not essential
