WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

We are seeking a motivated Project / Administration Officer to join our dedicated Rural & Remote Mental Health Service team within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN). This ongoing full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support service improvement and strategic outcomes through high-level administrative support and coordination of projects across regional South Australia.

Based in a diverse and rewarding mental health setting, this role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys balancing project tasks, administrative responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement, all while making a meaningful impact on community mental health services.

About RRMHS

Rural and Remote Mental Health Service provides 24 / 7 Tertiary level services to the whole of country South Australia. The service consists of a 23 bed acute inpatient service based within the 'Acute Hub' of Glenside Campus.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Support senior leaders with administrative and project coordination duties
  • Prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and confidential correspondence
  • Manage procurement, finance, and office systems to support daily operations
  • Undertake minor research projects and support implementation of service reforms
