Cafe Manager

We're on the lookout for a Front Of House Cafe Manager who will oversee the day-to-day running of our front of house area. In this role, you'll lead and develop a talented team, ensuring customer experiences and a fun, high-performance culture. We're searching for someone who's skilled at people management, hospitality operations, and raising operational standards across the board. People

Lead & Mentor: Supervise and inspire our front of house team to excel in their roles every day.

Hire & Develop: Hire effectively, and maintain training standards.

Training Standards: Ensure that all new team members are trained using our training system and methods.

Employee Engagement: Work alongside our team to maintain a supportive, inclusive culture—where feedback is heard and valued.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships between the cafe, suppliers, and any external partners to ensure seamless communication and success.

Physical Spaces

Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain clear processes for cleanliness, productivity, and overall cafe presentation using checklists and audit tools.
