About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic Community Services Team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality in-home care to CHSP and Package care clients. The position is full-time, based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office, with work-from-home options available.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality community care
  • Recruitment, orientation, and ongoing supervision of support workers
  • Liaising with clients, families, care staff, and external providers
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including program reporting and KPI achievement
  • Promote Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice

Key Requirements :

  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience managing community aged care programs and relevant qualifications/certificates
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Highly organised and attentive to detail
