We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic Community Services Team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to deliver high quality in-home care to CHSP and Package care clients. The position is full-time and is based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office, with work from home options available.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support workers to deliver high quality community in-home care
- Recruitment, orientation and ongoing supervision of support workers
- Liaising with clients, families, care staff and external providers
- Oversee day-to-day operations including program reporting and KPI achievement
- Promoting Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
- Experience managing community aged care programs and relevant qualification/certificate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Highly organised and attentive to detail

It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance. All workers are encouraged to receive Covid-19 and Flu vaccines, and successful applicants will provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
