We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in Sydney. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced occupational therapist looking to further their career in adult disability services. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in clinic and community settings.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with regular check-ins and feedback to ensure your success and growth.
  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to clients with a focus on enabling them to participate fully in life activities and achieve their goals.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities tailored to your needs and interests, including training and workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an Australian university.
  • Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for registration upon graduation.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car for work-related travel.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
