About the Role

Rural Products Sales Manager at Elders – permanent, full-time role.

As an Elders Rural Products Sales Manager, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. You are a strong leader with demonstrated people management and merchandise operational skills. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage merchandise business plans and budgets
  • Processing sales and performing sales quotes
  • Leading a merchandise sales team
  • Proactively source new business to achieve KPI's and targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
About You
  • Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
  • Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
  • Strong sales experience and a successful sales record
  • Committed to the provision of high-quality customer service
  • Possess extensive knowledge of agriculture products, the region and our competitors
  • Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
