About your opportunity :
In this position you will;
- Apply high level professional judgement and decision making to manage a complex rural generalist caseload in areas such as psychosocial assessments, short- and long-term case management, counselling, and crisis intervention in the context of community health social work.
- Collaborate in cross-cultural liaison and consultation frameworks with government and non-government service providers to sustain and improve health outcomes.
- Provide professional supervision to less experienced social work practitioners and provide clinical support and education to less experienced staff, students, and multidisciplinary staff.
