Job Title: Property Management Officer

The Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing government-owned properties, including advising on land status, managing leases and licenses, and ensuring compliance with government policies, regulations, and legislation.

The role requires collaborative tenant and stakeholder management, leading or supporting the negotiation and documentation of various leasing and tenure agreements, cost recovery agreements, and rent reviews.

Special Conditions

The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.

The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.

This role requires a working with children check.

Essential Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Property, Business Administration or other relevant discipline (or equivalent level of work-related experience).
