Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Wollongong, NSW. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with property regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of property regulations and legal requirements
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Real estate license or certification is a plus
