Crm Specialist Role Overview

This role is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers.

The Crm Specialist will play a key part in driving revenue and enquiry volume from the database by executing end-to-end campaign management, creating communications across multiple channels, and tracking results.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the wider team, including the Crm Manager, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Crm software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
  • A keen desire to learn and grow.
