3. Focus on user needs and balance competing interests to meet policy objectives in the development of digital products or services. (20%)

4. Demonstrate the ability to deliver at pace with an appropriate attitude towards risk. (20%)

Desirable knowledge includes:

  • Procurement, contracting processes, or platforms within a government context. (50%)
  • Experience building on a ServiceNow platform. (50%)
