My client are one of Australia's fastest growing, social impact, global start ups and are on the hunt for their next product-minded entrepreneur.

Though titled Product Manager, this isn't a typical PM job.

Think of it as a product-minded entrepreneur in a startup, autonomy, creativity, and cultural fit matter more than frameworks, tools, or experience.

Role Structure & Team

- Reports directly to a co-founder
- Works with ~5 other product leads and 4 squads
- You'll co-own the roadmap — not siloed
- You won't work alone — it's a team effort
- Hybrid setup: 3 days/week in Sydney CBD (Mon, Wed, Fri)
