Lifestyle Assistant - Regis Elemore Vale

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized lifestyle programs based on residents' needs, preferences, and goals to promote well-being.
  • Lead and participate in engaging activities that are meaningful to residents.
  • Prepare comprehensive lifestyle assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Manage and mentor the lifestyle team, supporting training and orientation of new staff and volunteers.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
  • Facilitate community engagement opportunities for residents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.
  • Experience in a similar role, including dementia care.
  • Proficiency with computerized care management systems and excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
