• Support the goals of care for the residents in the service in partnership with each resident and / or their representative
  
• Identify barriers that prevent consumers from participating in meaningful and enjoyable activities

• Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual\'s unique goals and preferences
  
• Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
  
• Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residents

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
